Matrix Holding Berhad
Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (“Matrix”) was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Security Berhad on 28th May 2013, In the following year, Matrix joined The Edge Billion Ringgit Club. The principal business activities comprise four pillars of strength: Property Development, Construction, Education and Hospitality.
The Group, helmed by talented and experienced human capital and powered by a dynamic management team, has strategically emerged as one of the top leading developers in Malaysia.
Growing financial performance has seen the Group go from strength to strength, the market capitalization of approximately RM 1.495 Billion as at 30th June 2019 with PAT of RM 218.3 Million (31 March 2019) and Group Revenue of RM1.045 Billion (FY2019).
Sime Darby
Sime Darby Property was created through the integration of the property arms under the former Golden Hope Plantations Berhad, Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad, and Sime Darby Berhad. Apart from its 20,763 acres of landbank spanning from Selangor to Johor, Sime Darby Property also has assets and operations across the Asia Pacific region and the United Kingdom. It is one of the largest property developers in the country by revenue and gross development value (GDV) of current projects.
The division was formed through the integration of the property arms of Golden Hope, Guthrie and Sime Darby during the 2007 Synergy Drive merger. The property arm of Sime Darby traces back to United Estates Projects Berhad, a property development company established in 1964. In 1985, Sime Darby purchased a large stake in United Estates Projects Berhad and the company was renamed Sime UEP Properties Berhad. Sime UEP was used to develop former oil palm plantation lands belonging to Sime Darby.
GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad
GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, is the property arm of Hong Leong Group.
The company is an established property developer in developing community centric residential townships as well as innovative commercial and integrated development projects in Malaysia.
GuocoLand Malaysia is a subsidiary of the Singapore-based GuocoLand Limited, the multi-award winning premier regional property player with established operations in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam. GuocoLand Malaysia has a sizeable landbank for residential, commercial and industrial development in the Greater Kuala Lumpur and Melaka.
Among GuocoLand Malaysia is notable prime projects are Damansara City ñ the award winning first integrated development in the prime neighbourhood of Damansara Heights, Emerald Rawang ñ the master planned township which comprises different types of houses in Rawang, Pantai Sepang Putra ñ a residential township in Sepang, The Oval Kuala Lumpur ia a unique luxury condominium in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre as well as commercial developments namely, Commerce One along Old Klang Road and PJ City in Petaling Jaya.
